Selecting email recipient in a Form

Hello all,

I mostly use forms to make my work-life easier. I am always on the move and this allows me allocate my data, forms, and infomation remotely. I have an obstacle though, maybe one of you can help.

My problem: I would like to be able to email a completed form to a recipient that I enter when I click a button. Then I can submit my form to my server as normal.

Steps.

1. Complete form

2. Click a button (separate from main submit)

3. type an email

4. send

5. Sumbit form through main submit button.

is this possible?
