email submit button does not work properly after creating a data connection

Hi, I created a form using Adobe Livecycle Designer ES V.8.  I have created a new Data Connection that would populate the fields to the database.  All is working perfectly fine but the email submit button.  After I have bound the fields to the database, my email submit button does not work properly anymore, it returns a blank pdf without any values that the user entered.  I have opened it up with Adobe Acrobat Professional v.8 and extended the user rights but still, when I try to email the form, it produces a blank pdf.  Please help.
