Subforms choice set from samples not working correctly

Hello,

I'm working on a form with a subform choice set in the header of the master page.

Aftera number ofattempts I finally found an example from samples designer directory (precisely <designer_install_dir>\EN\Samples\Forms\Purchase Order\Form Fragments).

The form Purchase Order Dynamic.xdp use "Subform Choice Set" for the footer.

It works in the example which has one page only.

I tried to add some more lines to th first page in order to have a second page but on the second page it takes the wrong footer ("footerUS" instead of "footerCanada").

Each footer (US or Canada) is a fragments.

There is a way to solve the problem?

(I am using LC ES4 and Designer 11.0)
