Hyperlinks can be created by using a button with app.launchURL and styled text. JavaScript needs to be enabled in Adobe Reader when viewing documents with these hyperlinks. Hyperlinks can also be created dynamically by inserting into rich text fields. Adobe Reader 9.1 (at least) is required to view documents with these hyperlinks. Such hyperlinks also appear to require JavaScript enabled; I'm not sure why. Is there any way of creating a dynamic mailto hyperlink that doesn't require JavaScript to be enabled when viewing?
