Enable text field border only when content is entered

Hello,

Can anyone point me to a method to achieve the following:

Using LiveCycle ES2, I want to set certain text fields to have no border as a default.

When the user enters text into a field in the finished form, I want to turn on a border for that field.

When there is no text in that field, I want the border to turn off.

Is this possible? If so, does anyone have any suggestions?
