Create vcard qr code

I would like tocreatea QR codein vCard formatfrom differentfields. Now I have theproblem that myQRcodeonly worksinthedesignview. OnceI open thePDFinPrevieworinReader, the QR codelooks different, andscanningviaappdoes not work any more.Can someone help me?
