flowing table to new page when adding rows in a PDF form

You help is greatly appreciated.

In the meantime I was able to create working Add Row (&Delete) buttons to my PDF form. However, in this particular form, they may have to add more rows than fit on the page. How do I make the rows flow into a  new page? I added a page (subform) with the same table layout, but I would like to hide that page unless the Add Page button is clicked (it does nothing at the moment). The same would apply to page 4 if needed.

BTW: created form using latest LC version.
