pop up message with 'yes' or 'no' options

Hi All,

I have a form I've been working on with 3 check boxes and 4 Subforms (A, B, C and D)

When either the 1st or 2nd check boxes are checked, Subform D would have to be disabled/cleared.

When the 3rd checkbox is selected, Subforms B and C would have to be disabled/cleared.

I would like a pop-up message to display when one of the check boxes are selected. If the user selects 'yes' it can carry on with the action. If 'No' is selected, the corresponding check box should be unchecked and the action should be canceled.

How can I get the pop-up message to carry this out?
