Saving forms using MAC.

Hello,

I have done a form using Livecycle Designer on a Windows OS.

A "client" says that the filled up cells will not save when he closes his form. As it is a 17 pages long document, and people may not want to fill it up in one go before sending it, this is a problem. This occurs when the client uses Redear or Acrobat to fill the form. What can I do ?
