Is it possible yet to add an image that is partially transparent (alpha) in LiveCycle Designer ES4?

I am trying to add an image on top of a form that will allow a "ghosted" image of the background.  I have read that 8 bit png file will allow full transparency and that 32 bit will allow for varying levels of transparency (alpha), but is not available yet.  Any help would be appreciated.
