Tab order for two different inputs in one document

Hello,

i am trying to change the tab order in one document for two fields that are controlled by a radio button.  I changed the tab order for the first section (the default section) but when i click the radio button to see the other fields (both fields are exactly the same for both inputs) the tab order changes. 

Can anyone help?
