Generate PDF with XML data on LiveCycle ES3

I created a form with LiveCycle Designer ES3 and I want to generate a PDF with all the fields filled with the data from a XML file.

I want the PDF file to automatically be refreshed when I make a modification in the XML file.

There is no option to link a XML file when "SAVE" or "SAVE AS" or even "Publish to Repository..."

I selected the type "Adobe Dynamic XML Form"

If I use the print option with the CutePDFWriter the data of the XML file is included in the PDF file but it's not linked to the XML file (when I update the XML file it doesn't refresh the PDF file).

I used Adobe Reader 10.1.16 to open the PDF.
