Setup of "Check All" button

I am using Acrobat X. I have built a form with multiple fields controlled by check buttons. I have set up a "Uncheck All" button with the "reset all fields" in Action Builder but have come up short on how to set up a button that will allow me to check all fields. Help with this action?
