Problems with emailing when hidden pages are made visible

I have created a form with a number of hidden pages that will become visible depending on certain check boxes.  The form is approx 24 pages long, but only 6 pages are initially visible.  When a particular service is checked, a new page becomes visible and is completed.  When the form is emailed, the initial 6 pages are all that seem to be submitted via the button function. 

Am I missing an action along with the "Show or Hide an Object" result?
