Dynamic QR Code

Hi All, 

I have a requirement like as below:  There is a field in the Form which is repeatable like Customer1 Customer2 ...Customer8. I have to have a QR Code associated which each customer.The data comes from a incoming XML Binding.  My requirement is to have a QR code dynamically populated based on the field.  Kindly assist.
