Life Cycle Forms vs. Forms Central

I'm a relatively novice Life Cycle Designer user. I see that Adobe Acrobat Pro 11 now comes with Forms Central instead. Can anyone shed light on the differences between Life Cycle Forms and Forms Central? I want the ability to make dynamic flowing tables . Is this sort of option available with Forms Central, or is Forms Central pretty bare bones and basic in terms of forms?
